How does the rental process work?
- Choose a suitable car and dates at car4rent.ee/en/car-rental-tallinn/
- Fill in the booking form with your details and submit it.
- We will confirm your booking within 24 hours.
Who can rent a car?
- To rent a car, the driver must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Required documents: valid driver’s license, ID card or passport.
- Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer.
- Deposit: starting from €200, paid in cash or via bank transfer before the rental begins.
- The rental agreement is signed only with the driver whose name is on the driver’s license and bank account.
How to receive the car?
- Car delivery within Tallinn city center is free of charge.
- Delivery outside the city center or outside of working hours (working hours: 10:00–17:00) costs €20.
- Any unpaid fines may later be charged at a 5-times rate.
- The car is handed over clean and with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition – clean and with a full tank.
Can only I drive?
- Only drivers listed in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the car.
- If you want to allow someone else to drive, let us know before signing the agreement.
- The responsible person remains the renter – they will cover any damages.
Fine or violation?
- Inform us of any fines upon return and pay them according to the instructions.
- A service fee of 10 € will be added to unpaid fines.
Damage or technical failure?
- Notify us immediately if the vehicle is damaged.
- In case of an accident, fill out the LE form no. 1 or call the police.
- In case of a technical failure, you can use 24h free roadside assistance (you must contact us beforehand).
- Self-repair is not allowed.
How to return the car?
- The vehicle should be returned to the same location where it was picked up.
- For an additional fee, we can pick it up or accept the return.
- Refuel the tank, clean the trash, and ensure there are no damages.
