Rental Terms
Our goal is to make car rental fast, convenient, and reliable. Below you’ll find the key rental conditions — please review them before making a reservation.
How does the rental process work?
Choose your car and rental dates on the page car4rent.ee/autorent-tallinnas.
Fill out the booking form and submit it to us.
We will confirm your reservation within 24 hours.
The rental becomes valid only after confirmation from our side.
Who can rent a car?
The driver must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
Required documents:
A valid driver’s license
ID card or passport
The rental agreement is signed only with the driver whose name appears on the driver’s license and the bank account.
Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer before the rental period begins.
Security deposit from €200, also payable in cash or by transfer.
Car pickup and return
Free delivery within Tallinn city center.
Delivery outside the Tallinn city center or outside working hours (working hours: 10:00–17:00) is subject to a €20 service fee.
Cars are delivered clean and with a full tank – they must be returned in the same condition.
Return the vehicle to the same location where it was picked up. On request, we can collect the car for an additional fee.
Who is allowed to drive?
Only the driver(s) listed in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle.
If you want to authorize another driver, inform us before signing the contract.
The renter remains fully responsible for the vehicle and any damages.
Fines and violations
Inform us about any fines when returning the vehicle and pay them according to the instructions.
Unpaid fines are subject to a €10 service fee.
If the fine is collected from us, the charge may increase up to 5 times the original amount.
Damages and technical issues
In case of damage, contact us immediately.
In the event of an accident:

For technical issues, 24/7 roadside assistance is available, but you must contact us first.
Unauthorized repairs are strictly prohibited.
